I see therapy as working together on a complex puzzle that represents your most authentic self and the life you want to live. When stress, loss, trauma, anxiety, or negative self-talk scatter the pieces, therapy can help us find new ways for them to fit.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we build insight, self-compassion, and practical tools at your pace. I strive to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and valued, and where all parts of your identity and story are welcome.
I am trained and experienced in various psychotherapy models and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment-related and relationship issues. It is an honour and a privilege to work with you and to hear your story - I welcome the opportunity to begin this journey together.
